HEAT MANAGEMENT- Block and redirect heat away from critical areas in the engine compartment or prevent heat from emanating onto sensitive engine components.
FUEL REDUCTION - Insulate the air intake system and other key components on an engine to deliver cooler air into the combustion chamber thereby improving combustion and lowering fuel consumption.
REGENERATION REDUCTION - Hotter air goes into the DPF thereby reducing clogging which allows the DPF to operate more effectively and thereby reduces the amount of regenerations.
NOISE ABATEMENT- Reduce the noise signature on specific engine components to minimize the sound penetration into a vehicle cab or reduce curb noise.
